Walgreen’s Pharmacy will hold a GMRSD Family Flu Clinic on October 21, 2020 from 4:30p-6:30p at the Sheffield School. Children must be 3 years or older and accompanied with an adult. If this is the first time you or child have ever received the flu vaccine, please understand that you will need to go to your primary caregiver for the shot. Please wear a short sleeve shirt and complete the registration form attached. You will also need to bring a copy of your Prescription Card through your insurance, not your insurance card.
