Does Gill Elementary have a dress code?

Please send your children with adequate clothing to keep them warm and dry. We try to take the children outside for recess everyday including cold and wet days. Please make sure your child has a hat, mittens, and boots during the winter. During the snow season, we do allow the students to slide down our hill (on school supplied sleds), and they do get wet even when wearing snowsuits. It is a good idea to send in a pair of shoes (or even slippers) for your child to wear inside the building while their boots are drying out. Consider sending a change of clothing during the wet weather, as students will find the puddles and wet spots.
