Christine Bates is the director; to reach her, call or text&nbsp;413-824-1223.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of the program is&nbsp;to offer high quality enrichment at little to no cost to families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Five days per week, 3:15-5:30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Healthy snacks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-structured free time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The past three years have included English Language Arts (ELA) and Science Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math- (S.T.E.A.M.) centered enrichment via student driven interests:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sport of the season (Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, Ultimate) learning and practicing good sportsmanship, the strategies, the name of the plays, the length\/increments of the fields, the referee calls and more<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health Eating and Active Time Club (physical activity fun and nutrition education!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build Our Kids Success (BOKS)- a Massachusetts-based core fitness program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project-Based Science activities from Boston Science Museum (Bubble Science, Matchbox Physics)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crafting, Language, and Culture- ie Spanish Language, Cooking in Spanish, Yoga and Well-Being, Mindfulness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mixed Media Art- Creative Minds- a Bilingual Art Exploration, Crochet Monsters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debate Club, Leaders Club, Makerspace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team GROW and Green Team- both use a Service Learning Model that includes themes of sustainability, resource consciousness, and exploration of local food from seed to table using our school gardens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Academic support through technology and district integrated learning platforms (iReady, Lexia, Code.org)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our program is entering its second full year collaborating with Musica Franklin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We also offer four days per week music lessons- violin, cello, drums, and folk dance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Late bussing for ALL Montague students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This Fall&#8217;s options will include\u00a0Musica Franklin, Soccer Skillz and Drillz, H.E.A.T.
