Friends of Hillcrest will be distributing the mums from their recent fundraiser on Tuesday, September 28th. They are also looking for volunteers to assist with distribution. If you are able to help, please contact Shayna Reardon at shayna.reardon@gmail.com. You may pick up your mums at 11:30 (Half-Day Preschool Dismissal) and at 3:00 (Full-Day Preschool Dismissal) and 3:15 (K & 1 Dismissal).

A message from our photographer: If you ordered photos, you will receive your photo package BUT the class pictures will be sent out AFTER retakes are done so all students will be included.
The custodian, resource officer and I went to each of the fourth and fifth grades to discuss the safety issues in the bathrooms regarding overflowing toilets, sinks and soapy floors. This week, many of our classrooms celebrated the first day of Fall with fall-themed read-alouds, math games and art projects. Welcome to the Great Falls Middle School Open House September 22, 2021: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Agenda
The Open House for GFMS will be held remotely beginning at 5:00. We will open the evening with a welcome and remarks from the school administration, as well as other school community staff members. The opening will take no longer than twenty minutes and after this portion is complete, parents, guardians, and students will move to the grade level meetings. GFMS Phones: We want to maximize time on learning and reduce distractions, and for these reasons, students at Great Falls Middle School are not permitted to have their phones on them. The students have lockers and they are encouraged to secure their phones in them. If the need arises, parents can call the front office to contact their children.
