Hello,
Attached is a flyer for the COVID vaccine Vax Bus, sponsored by the FRCOG and DPH, that is coming on November 29th to Sheffield Elementary. The link to sign up is on the flyer. Parents do not need to be present if they sign the consent for their child ahead of time.
Everyone age 5 and older are welcome at the Sheffield clinic. Boosters will also be available. Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Moderna vaccines will all be available.
The event will take place in the parking lot. No school access will be required for attendees
