From the purchase of supplies to payment of the electric bill, from balancing checkbooks to completing payroll, The Business Office Staff works on all things financial and operational. The Director of Business/Operations works closely with school principals , Administrators and the Superintendent of Schools, reporting directly to the Superintendent . The Director also oversees the maintenance department, the food service department and Regular Education Transportation. The District Treasurer provides oversight for all cash related functions including but not limited to the student activities and scholarship accounts in the district. The Business Office Manager oversees the day-to-day office functions to ensure accurate and timely work-flow in all areas of detail in payroll, accounts payable and insurances.
