Facility Services

Facility Services provides support for the daily activities and operation of our school district buildings and ensures a safe, healthy environment for students, staff, and our community. We also allow community groups to utilize our school facilities.


Facility Rentals

We desire our community to enjoy the maximum use of school property. We allow community groups and organizations to rent our facilities for worthy educational, civic, or charitable purposes. To rent our facilities, please contact the appropriate school to obtain permission. Forms can be found on the left side of this page.


Building Maintenance Support System

The facilities department uses a web-based system for all major building repairs and projects. This system allows the facilities department to track repairs/performance for each building, as well as manage and allocate resources depending upon need. Administrators and administrative assistants can manage requests on the Building Maintenance Support System.
