Great Falls Middle School Mission

The mission of Great Falls Middle School is to provide a safe, nurturing and academically challenging environment thus empowering students to develop and recognize their value and place in the global community.

The mission encourages and challenges students to:

  1. Successfully navigate the developmental stages of the middle level child .
  2. Master basic skills and demonstrate knowledge throughout a variety of assessment strategies.
  3. Develop according to individual learning styles and needs in order to realize their true potential.
  4. Showcase unique abilities and talents .
  5. Utilize authentic learning.
  6. Celebrate and respect individuality and diversity.
Through this mission, the Great Falls Middle School establishes a pattern of lifelong learning for all.

All courses are guided by the Massachusetts Frameworks.
